§ 289.41. Toll moneys—Disposition of.

  • All of the moneys collected by reason of the operation of such toll stations shall be deposited with the Commissioner of Finance of Westchester County. The moneys from each of such toll stations shall be used to reimburse the county for all expenses of installing and equipping such toll stations; to pay the cost of operation, maintenance, administrative and other expenses of such toll stations; to pay the cost of operation, maintenance and administration of such parkways; to apply to the payment of interest on and/or amortization of that portion of the bonds and other obligations heretofore or hereafter duly issued by the County of Westchester for the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance and/or improvement of said parkways or for the purpose of reimbursing the state as provided in this article; to repay any and all moneys due by reason of advances made toward the construction or reconstruction of the whole or any part of such parkways including bridges, accesses and approaches thereto.
