§ 289.31. Toll charges—Amount of.

The County of Westchester shall cause to be collected for the use of the parkways hereinbefore defined such toll charges as may be fixed and determined by act of the County Board, for each motor vehicle passing through any station or stations, but not to exceed a total of $0.25 for each motor vehicle while traveling a continuous trip in the same general direction.
