§ 289.51. Toll charges—Duration of.

  • The county shall continue to charge tolls on each of said parkways until the cost of acquisition, realignment, construction, reconstruction or improvement of said parkways is paid, including any and all amounts refunded or credited, as the case may be, to either the state or federal government for moneys advanced, credited or paid for any part of the cost of the construction or reconstruction of bridges or pavement on said parkways, and thereafter shall collect only such tolls as the County Board shall determine to be needed for the payment of operation, maintenance, administration and other necessary expenses for said parkways.
