§ 273.201. Holding of persons for grand jury or arraignment.

  • Whenever the Medical Examiner, upon inquiry into the cause and manner of death, finds that there is reasonable cause to hold any person for any violation of law, he may hold such person in bail for the grand jury or for arraignment for such violation before any court of competent jurisdiction.
