§ 273.191. Administration of oaths.

  • The Medical Examiner may administer oaths and take affidavits and proofs and examine as to any matter within the jurisdiction of the office. Such Medical Examiner, in addition to the powers, rights and privileges created by this article, shall have and exercise all the powers, rights, privileges and immunities and except as herein otherwise provided perform all the duties of a coroner.
