§ 270.104. Permits and licenses; generally.

    All applications for a permit or license pursuant to this chapter must be completed in a manner authorized by the commission.

    2.

    A permit or license issued to a new applicant shall expire one year subsequent to the last day of the month in which such application was made for the permit or license.

    3.

    A permit or license issued to a renewing applicant shall expire one year from the date on which the previous permit or license expired.

    4.

    A renewing applicant must file a completed application on or before the expiration date of the permit or license unless:

    a.

    The commission, in its discretion, permits a late filing; and

    b.

    The applicant pays an additional fee to be determined by the commission.

    5.

    The fee for an original permit or license or a renewal thereof shall be paid at the time of filing the application and shall not be refunded in the event of a disapproval of the application. The amount of the fee will be determined by the commission.

    6.

    An applicant must pay an additional fee for each permit or license issued to replace a current license or amend a permit or license. The amount of such additional fee will be determined by the commission.
