§ 265.111. Daily tickler.

The County Clerk shall keep in the office of land records daily ticklers of conveyances and mortgages in such form as said clerk shall direct. Such ticklers may serve as such and at the same time as a part of the index records hereinbefore required, provided that the information required for each purpose is available to the public.
