§ 241.331. Matters referred to Commissioner of Public Works and Transportation.

The County Executive shall refer to the Commissioner of Public Works and Transportation and the board for their advisory recommendations thereon any proposed franchise or renewal, extension or amendment thereof prior to the submission to the County Board by the County Executive of the report thereon required by section 188.01 of the Westchester County Charter. The commissioner and the board shall render such report on those matters within 30 days from and after their receipt of the request from the County Executive for such report; provided, however, that if the commissioner or the board fails to report within such period of time, the County Executive may act without such report.
