§ 229.21. Seal of Department of Finance.

The Seal of the Department of Finance shall consist of two circles, one within the other, with the words "Department of Finance—Westchester County, New York, Seal" around the outer circumference of the inner circle, and in the center of the inner circle the figure of Justice, standing, the dexter arm embowed, holding above her head her scales, in the sinister hand a straight sword, point downward, resting on the sinister foot.

The following design is hereby adopted as the official and standard design of such seal:

The Commissioner of Finance is hereby authorized to affix or imprint such seal upon any and all instruments whereon the seal of the Department of Finance is required.
