§ 964.11. Alterations.

The Board of Supervisors, under authority granted by 7-a of Chapter 603 of the Laws of 1926. as added by Chapter 688 of the Laws of 1931 (now 171 of the foregoing title) made the following alterations of sewer assessment districts:

1.

Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 46-1952, added certain territory in the Town of Rye.

Act No. 15-1954, added certain territory in the Town of Rye.

Act No. 23-1955, added certain territory in the Town of Rye.

Act No. 21-1969 added certain territory in the Towns of Harrison, North Castle and Rye.

Act No. 27-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Town of Rye (Village of Mamaroneck) and territory in the City of Rye.

Act No. 55-1981 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 52-1984 altered, changed, modified and enlarged the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 72-1987 transferred certain lands from the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District into the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 211-1991 altered, changed, modified and enlarged the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 217-2005 modified the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 18 parcels of property in the Town of North Castle

Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 72-1931, transferred certain areas in the City of White Plains from the Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 28-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Towns of Eastchester, Greenburgh, Mount Pleasant and Scarsdale including territory in the Villages of Ardsley, Bronxville, Elmsford, Scarsdale and Tuckahoe and territory in the Cities of Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, White Plains and Yonkers.

Central Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 29-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the City of Yonkers.

Hutchinson Valley Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 25-1950, added certain territory and removed other territory in the City of New Rochelle.

Act No. 40-1955, added certain territory in the Town of Pelham.

Act No. 41-1955, removed certain territory in the Town of Pelham.

Act No. 30-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Towns of Eastchester, Pelham and Scarsdale including territory in the Villages of Bronxville, Scarsdale and Tuckahoe and territory in the cities of Mount Vernon and New Rochelle.

Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 72-1931, transferred certain areas in the City of White Plains from the Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 20-1932, enlarged the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District by taking in all of the area of the Town of Mamaroneck with the exception of the Village of Larchmont.

Act No. 31-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Town of Mamaroneck, Rye and Scarsdale including territory in the Villages of Mamaroneck and Scarsdale and territory in the Cities of New Rochelle, Rye and White Plains.

Act No. 51-1984 altered, changed, modified and reduced the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 72-1987 transferred certain lands from the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District into the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 30-1996 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

New Rochelle Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 42-1955, added certain territory in the Town of Pelham.

Act No. 32-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Town of Mamaroneck and territory in the City of New Rochelle.

North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 6-1935, transferred certain areas in the Town of Greenburgh (Village of Dobbs Ferry), from the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District to the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District and at the same time transferred certain areas in said village from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 7-1935, transferred certain areas in the Town of Greenburgh (Village of Hastings-on-Hudson), from the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District to the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District and at the same time transferring certain areas in said village from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 58-1964, removed certain territory in the Town of Greenburgh (Village of Dobbs Ferry).

Act No. 33-1969, added certain territory and removed other territory in the Town of Greenburgh, including territory in the Villages of Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson and Irvington and territory in the City of Yonkers.

Act No. 25-1971 added certain territory in the Town of Greenburgh to be known as the Irvington Enlargement.

Act No. 153-1992, transferred certain lands previously located in the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District, said lands being located in the Village of Irvington, Town of Greenburgh.

Ossining Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 3-1978 transferred certain lands from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 122-1994 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 77-1997 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 196-1997 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 98-1999 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 110-2000 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 110-2000 modified the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 7 parcels of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor removed from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District

Act No. 104-2001 modified the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 22 parcel of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor

Act No. 182-2001 modified the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 98 parcels of property in the Town of Ossining

Act No. 243-2002 modified the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 14 parcels of property in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson

Act No. 244-2002 modified the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 117 parcels of property in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson

Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 71-1931, extended northward the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District and added thereby territory in the Town of New Castle.

Act No. 5-1935, removed certain territory in the Town of Greenburgh (Village of Tarrytown).

Act No. 6-1935, transferred certain areas in the Village of Dobbs Ferry from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District, and at the same time transferred certain areas in said village from the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District to the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 7-1935, transferred certain areas in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District and at the same time transferred certain areas in said village from the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District to the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 24-1957, enlarged the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by adding thereto certain territory in the Towns of Mount Pleasant and Ossining including territory in the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

Act No. 5-1960, removed certain territory in the Town of Greenburgh (Village of Tarrytown).

Act No. 94-1967, added certain territory in the Towns of Mount Pleasant and Ossining including territory in the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

Act No. 23-1971 added certain territory and deleted certain territory in various areas.

Act No. 24-1971 added certain territory to be known as the Tarrytown-North Tarrytown Enlargement.

Act No. 72-1972 transferred certain lands from the Ossining Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 57-1973 added certain territory known as the Kindergen Enlargement within the Town of Mount Pleasant.

Act No. 57-1981 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 53-1984 transferred certain lands in the Town of Mount Pleasant from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District to the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 23-1986 transferred certain lands in the Town of Mount Pleasant to the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 153-1992 transferred lands to the North Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District, said lands being located in the Village of Irvington, Town of Greenburgh.

Act No. 182-1993 altered, changed, modified and enlarged the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 110-2000 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 110-2000 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of certain parcels of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor

Act No. 93-2001 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 62 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 104-2001 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 310 parcels of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor

Act No. 182-2001 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 1 parcel of property in the Town of Ossining

Act No. 90-2002 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 1 parcel of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor

Act. No. 141-2002 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 1 parcel of property in the Village of Briarcliff Manor

Act No. 52-2003 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 66 parcels in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 111-2003 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 2 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 171-2003 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 2 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 248-2003 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 10 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 114-2005 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 420 parcels of property in the Town of New Castle

Act No. 38-2007 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 3 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

Act No. 84-2008 modified the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of 7 parcels of property in the Town of Mt. Pleasant

South Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 34-1969 added certain territory and removed other territory in the City of Yonkers.

Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District:

Act No. 35-1969 added certain territory and removed other territory in the Town of Mount Pleasant.

Act No. 58-1981 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 53-1984 transferred certain lands in the Town of Mount Pleasant to the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District from the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 24-1986 altered, changed, modified and enlarged the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 30-1996 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District.

Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 35-1981 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 44-1982 altered, changed, modified and enlarged the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 58-1985 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 91-1990 altered, changed, modified, reduced and/or enlarged the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

Act No. 218-2002 modified the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 13 parcels of property in the Town of Yorktown
