§ 964.01. Districts established.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 603 of the Laws of 1926, and of Article 9, Title C, Editor's Note: Article IX, Title C, was repealed by L.L. No. 7-1971. For current provisions, see Ch. 237. of the Westchester County Administrative Code, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Westchester by various acts established the following sanitary sewer districts in such county, and made changes therein as hereinafter set forth; except as to the Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District which was fixed by an act of the Legislature.

Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Act No. XLIX, at page 902 of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Session of 1926.

Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Chapter 646 of the Laws of 1917, as amended by Chapter 535 of the Laws of 1918.

Central Yonkers Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Act No. XLVIII, at page 1004 of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Session of 1929.

Hutchinson Valley Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Act No. XVI, at page 181 of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Session of 1928.

Mamaroneck Valley Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Act No. III, at page 26 of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Session of 1927.

New Rochelle Sanitary Sewer District, created and assessment area fixed, by Act No. 26-1950, at page 101 of Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Session of 1950.
