§ 824.221. Permit required.

The discharge of scavenger wastes into the county trunk sewer system and public sewers tributary thereto will be permitted only with the approval of the commissioner. Persons desiring to discharge scavenger wastes into such sewers shall be required to obtain a permit in accordance with section 824.251 of this chapter from the commissioner.

2.

The discharge of such wastes from sources outside of Westchester County is prohibited.
