§ 635.31. Report to Board of Legislators.

When the heads of all departments and offices of the County of Westchester engaged or involved in the planning, preparation and execution of any major construction project determines that a project labor agreement will not be in the best interests of the County, the head of such department or office shall submit the Project Labor Agreement Labor Savings memo to the Board of Legislators prior to bid specifications being completed on such project, specifying the particular reasons why a project labor agreement was not in the best interests of the County.
