The sum of $2,150,233.56 is hereby appropriated and made immediately available to
the Department of Public Works and Transportation, out of any moneys in the postwar
reconstruction fund not otherwise appropriated, for construction, reconstruction and
improvement of state highways pursuant to the procedure set forth in the Highway Law,
payable after audit and upon the warrant of the Comptroller on vouchers certified
or approved by the Superintendent of Public Works in the manner provided by law. The
moneys so expended shall be refunded by the County of Westchester to the State of
New York and deposited in and credited to the postwar reconstruction fund.
