§ 277.201. Consent decrees and agreements.

  • On consent of the Sealer and the person accused of violating the Consumer Code, a consent decree or agreement may be entered into as provided in section 277.151. No such consent decree or agreement shall restrict any legal right or remedy to which any consumer, complaining of the matter which is the subject of such consent decree or agreement, might otherwise be entitled, unless such consumer is party thereto.
