§ 273.251. Powers and obligations of Commissioner of Probation.

The Commissioner of Probation shall have all the powers and duties and shall be subject to all the obligations and liabilities, heretofore or hereafter granted or imposed by the County Charter, by local law, act or resolution of the County Board, or by any applicable provisions of any act of the legislature.
