§ 273.351. Physicians.

In accordance with the provisions of the Correction Law, the County Board shall appoint a physician to the county jail and shall if necessary appoint more than one such physician, who shall act also as physician or physicians to the other divisions of the Department of Correction. Such physician or physicians may be members of the resident staff at the county hospital.
