§ 241.291. Definitions.

As used in this article, unless another meaning is clearly indicated by the text:
1.

The term "commissioner" shall mean the Commissioner of Public Works and Transportation.

2.

The term "board" shall mean the County Transportation Board.

3.

The term "department" shall mean the Department of Public Works and Transportation.

4.

The term "transit facility" shall mean any real property, fixture, structure, station, depot, terminal, garage, shop, storage yard or lot owned or leased by Westchester County and operated by the Department of Public Works and Transportation, its lessees or contractors, in connection with the delivery of public mass transportation services.
