§ 241.251. Partial invalidity.

If any section or provision of this article shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional as to any person or municipality, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the Article as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not so adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional.
