§ 237.261. Necessary party to litigation.

In any action or special proceeding in a court of record involving the constitutionality of this title, or the status or boundaries of any district established or created as provided by this article, or the validity or amount of any assessment imposed by this article, the County of Westchester shall be a necessary party.
