§ 213.31. Director of Real Estate.

The Director of Real Estate shall be in the department of the County Executive and under his direction. He shall be governed by applicable provisions of the County Charter and the Administrative Code and any general, special or local law in the administration of matters pertaining to real property as adopted from time to time by the County Board. He shall perform such duties as the County Executive may require or which may be conferred upon him by the County Board or by law.
