§ 209.271. Laws affecting City of New York.

Latest version.

The County Board shall not by local law change, modify or repeal any provision of the Charter or Administrative Code of the City of New York or any general, special or local law relating to the rights, powers and obligations of such city in respect to any property owned by it within the territory of such county.
