§ 194.151. Acts to receive judicial notice.

Latest version.

A code or other volume or volumes containing the acts or resolutions of the county published by authority of the County Board shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of justice of the authenticity of such acts or resolutions. All courts in the county shall take judicial notice of county acts.
