§ 194.11. Appointment and removal of deputies and employees by department heads.

The appointment and removal of all deputies and subordinates in any department, office or agency in the county government, and the determination of relative rank, shall be made by the head of the department, office or agency subject to the personnel requirements of this act. Deputies shall act generally for and in the place of the head of their department, office or agency.
