§ 192.51. Public information.

Notwithstanding the provision of Article 6 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, the only records of the Board of Ethics which shall be available for public inspection are:
(i)

The information set forth in an annual statement of financial disclosure filed pursuant to Chapter 883 of the Laws of Westchester County, except the categories of value or amount which remain confidential and any other item of information deleted pursuant to law;

(ii)

Notice of delinquency sent pursuant to law; and

(iii)

Notice of reasonable cause sent pursuant to law; and

(iv)

Notices of civil assessments imposed pursuant to law.
