§ 170.01. Appointment; qualifications.

The County Executive shall appoint in his department a Director of Real Estate. The Director of Real Estate shall be a person licensed as a real estate broker by the State of New York and otherwise qualified in the appraisal, management, purchase and sale of real property in the county.
