§ 156.51. Transfer of functions, powers and duties.

Latest version.

All functions and powers possessed by the Director of Mental Health and all obligations and duties of the County Community Mental Health Board, both of which are herein abolished are hereby transferred and assigned to, assumed by, and do evolve upon the Department of Community Mental Health and the Commissioner of the Department of Community Mental Health.
