§ 152.41. State aid.

Latest version.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the state, through the legislature and within the limits to be prescribed by the state Commissioner of Health, shall provide aid in an amount allowable under the provisions of the Public Health Law. The appropriate county officer shall certify and supply such commissioner such information as he or she shall deem necessary for this purpose.
