§ 101.01. Authority to adopt form of government.

  • The County of Westchester may adopt, as provided in Section 26 of Article 3 of the Constitution of the State of New York, the following form of government, which shall be in addition to any other alternative form or forms of government for counties heretofore or hereafter provided by law.
