Any and all additions, amendments or supplements to the legislation listed in section 1.02 shall be deemed to be incorporated into such legislation under the numbering system
established by section 1.02, notwithstanding that such additions, amendments or supplements are adopted with
reference to another numbering system. In addition, any legislation of the county,
whether adopted prior to or after the effective date of this local law, which the
county deems appropriate for inclusion in the volume established by this local law,
may be included in the volume under the numbering system established by section 1.02, notwithstanding that such legislation was adopted without reference to the volume
under a different numbering system.
